Refund policy
1. The Returns and Exchange Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions in the Agreement.
Change of Mind Returns
2. Shower Essence may exchange the Good for another Good of equal value if you change your mind, provided that:
a) the request is made within 14 days of successful delivery of the Good; and
b) you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and
c) the Good is in saleable condition, such that is unused with all original sealed packing and where the product seal is not broken or tampered; and
d) you pay for the cost of returning the Good to Shower Essence; and
e) you pay the cost of delivering the exchanged Good to you.
3. Shower Essence will assess the condition of the Good when it is received to determine whether an exchange will be offered in accordance with the Returns and Exchange Policy.
4. Shower Essence will not provide you with a change of mind exchange if you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase such as a tax invoice or electronic receipt. You may not be entitled to an exchange because the outer and inner packaging of the Goods are damaged in transit. The packaging exists to protect the Goods themselves.
5. Shower Essence reserves the right to refuse a request for a change of mind exchange under the Returns and Exchange Policy if you have an unreasonable or excessive return pattern, and you may be refused future Orders.
6. Shower Essence does not offer a refund for if you change your mind.
Defective Good
7. You should check your Goods as soon as they are delivered in order to ensure that it accords with your Order and is not damaged or faulty. You must contact us immediately if the Goods are damaged or faulty.
8. Shower Essence will is obligated under the Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund or exchange within a reasonable time if the Goods are damaged or faulty. Where the Goods are damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, Shower Essence will not provide a refund or exchange.
9. Proof of purchase must be furnished in order to fulfil refunds or exchanges for damaged or faulty Goods.
10. Damaged to the inner or outer packaging of the Goods will be taken to be damage to the Goods itself, and you will not be entitled to an exchange or refund. The packaging exists to protect the Goods themselves.
11. When returning a Good, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then Shower Essence may be unable to process your request.
