What do I need to get started?
To get started with aromatherapy shower experience, you will need:
• H201SHIFT Shower Head
• Pure Water Filter

Can I install the shower head myself?
Yes, absolutely! It is very easy to instal Shower Therapy Device yourself. In fact you don’t need any tool and it can be done in less than 2 minutes.
How often do I need to change filter?
We recommend changing the filter every 3-4 months although it could last up to 6 months depending on your water quality.
Once the filter turns brown, it's time to replace the filter. You can easily check the color of the filter through the transparent filter monitor window.
How often do I need to change the capsule?
Our capsule is designed to last about 2 weeks on average and you can switch between different capsules every shower if you choose to.
Will it help with my hair and skin?
Yes, the benefit of filtered water alone helps with preventing scalp buildup and improves hair/skin texture. By infusing natural moisturising ingredients into hair and skin, it keeps your skin and hair stay hydrated and moisturised for longer even after showering.
What ingredients are in your capsule scent?
Each capsule contains 6000mg of Vitamin C. That's 120 lemons worth of Vitamin C.
Other skin & hair-loving ingredients help soothe irritation, increase moisturising retention, and nourish with nutrients and powerful anti-oxidant.

How is the water pressure?
We have tested the shower head pressure over and over again to find the optimal water pressure: it has a high yet pleasant water pressure.
How much water does the shower head use?
The water flow rate is 1.75 US gpm, which is equivalent to 6.6 Litre (between 3-4 WELS star rating). Australia requires the shower head to be below 9 Litre.
This will help you to reduce the water consumption each minute, switching to water efficient shower heads will help to reduce your overall water consumption.

Do you offer free shipping?
When you purchase the total items over $99, you can use the code “FREESHIPPING” to get free shipping before you check out.
When my item will be shipped?
Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days except. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 2-7 days from the ship date to arrive.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping usually will take 2-7 days from the days it is shipped to arrive at it’s final destination.

Whats's your exchange policy?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or have a change of mind, you may exchange the product within 14 days of purchase – packaging must be in its original condition, sealed and unopened.
Please note the following conditions:
- If products purchased are part of a set, they must be returned as a whole set.
- Shipping costs associated with the change of mind return will not be covered by Shower Essence.
- If the products you received were damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer you a refund and exchange of the products. Please contact our us at hello@showeressence.com.au
- Shower Essence will not offer exchange if products are opened and/or used.
- If an order has already been packed and dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to cancel this for you.
The Return Process:
- Contact us at hello@showeressence.com.au within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the returns process and as to what details are required, including your order number and proof of purchase. Please include the items you would like to return/exchange in a return parcel.Please note, we cannot accept returned goods if we believe they have been used or are no longer in a re-sellable condition.
- Return the products Product/s must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery (with the exception of being faulty or damaged). Please ensure that the returned parcel is sealed and you have completed all required details. Please provide clear instructions to our Customer Service team on whether you require a refund, exchange or a replacement and the product you wish to exchange.
Is there any warranty for the product?
In the unlikely event where the shower head is not working well, we offer 30 days of return for the shower head since the day of the purchase.
